Hello. I don't post much in here, I guess (just in the other discussion forums). I saw the Nike thing but it was too outlandish to catch anyone in Nike country on April Fool's day. Maybe if you had mentioned they were merging with Adidas, that might have at least garnered a closer look.

^Yeah and Portland State doesn't have a baseball program either haha. Oregon State isn't doing so hot. My St. Louis Cardinals are killing it with the best record in baseball so far!

Actually, the best record in baseball as of this date belongs to the Portland Beavers' Pacific Coast League Pacific North Division rivals, the Salt Lake Bees, who are 17-1, on a nine-game winning streak, and lead the Beavs by 9 1/2 games already. Tacoma is "only" 7 1/2 out. The Bees looked like the best minor league team I've seen in a long time last night; their third baseman made several outstanding plays and all the routine ones as well. You guys come say "Hi" at PGE Park soon.

BC, I've been hankerin' to see a game at PGE, but am waiting until PDX puts a halt to its precocious imitation of Anchorage--when we see some temps 60+, I'll be there! Hey, isn't Rich Burk a great guy? Had lunch w/him a few years back--very enjoyable.
