This is a thought that I've been mulling over for awhile. I can think of several instances where it would be beneficial. First reason would be that it would cut down on gas prices, and would open up an affordable vacation spot for Seattlites and Vancouverians. Second, this would allow more people from Seattle to watch NHL hocket, and perhaps decrease the need for a Seattle NHL franchise, and would also allow more people from Vancouver to travel to Seattle to watch the NFL, MLB, and the NBA, thus giving Seattle more of a market share in that area.
