I walked by the US Postal Mail Handling facility in the Pearl. This, IMO, would definitely be a great site for a new MLB stadium. It could be designed in such a way that the parking structure could be saved and incorporated into the project. I think the US Congressional delegation from Oregon should lobby the Congress to move the facililty to the airport area.

There's a real trendy sandwhich shop in DC that has that picture on the wall. I guess P-towns railway station is pretty famous.
