"Eliot neighborhood calls a foul"

If you haven't read this story in today's Oregonian, here's the link to it on O-Live. The citizens there raise a legitimate concern over both the Blazers' home games and, eventually, minor or major laegue baseball in the area. These are issues that we will have to address to appease these folks, and find ways to keep their neighborhood from being overrun when we have twice the size of crowds for MLB that the Blazers have. Perhaps make it like the Goose Hollow neighborhood - Parking by permit only.
