Off Site Improvements - $5 million

Sites (page 31) - All are under active consideration except for Union Station (no longer feasible due to light-rail extension). Cost report details are assembled for the Post Office site, but it is emphasized that this is not part of the site selection process, which must be done publicly using criteria from the city and MLB.

Oh, and don't worry, there are plenty of pretty drawings (none as nice as the Blanchard rendering on this website, however).
