I've noticed a few users have "unverified e-mail" tags in their user listings in our server records, and I want to make sure these users understand why they are not able to post any messages to the boards.

Every must have a valid e-mail address. If you registered to use the OBC forum and have been unable to log on, this might be your problem. To correct the matter, you can e-mail me at newmanic17@yahoo.com, and I will try to make the necessary changes. s
