OSC would like to apologize for the inconvenience on our forums coming up and down today. We did not have prior notice of this from our provider, InfoPop and are none too pleased given the fact that we anticipate heavy traffic throughout the day.

This is the price we pay for using a paid for service that falls outside of OSC's control.

Once again, we are unsure if this will be occurring over the course of the day, and this is out of our control.

We are very aware of this and are in contact with InfoPop.
