Hello Infopop Web Hosting Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be doing upgrade maintenance to the UBB.x application cluster on Saturday night Nov 16, 2002 starting at
9:00Pm (PT). This upgrade maintenance is designed to improve overall performance of the application.

In order to protect your UBB.x and ensure that there is no data loss in the process, we will be shutting down the entire application cluster while we make these additions. Please expect intermittent outages of the UBB.x service lasting up to 45 minutes during the process. We expect it to take up to 4 hours to perform this maintenance.

PLEASE NOTE: This downtime will only impact the UBB.x application itself. Your overall website will not at any time be shut down during this period. Web, FTP, and e-mail services will not be interrupted.

Continuous updates will be posted on the Community "Hosting and UBB.x News" forum throughout the process.
