Yes, it is. And it shows that their attendance is getting better (as everyone expected after last year's performance). And they averaged over 20,000 last year as it is. While that is not great, it certainly isn't horrible. Under the right circumstances, they will do quite well. Another reason I don't think they'll be moving far any time soon.

If PGE were to be expanded to appox. 22,000 for MLB, that figure may serve as a benchmark for a club coming here. For example, the A's right now are around 21,000/game. I believe it would be safe to assume that a team coming here would sell out PGE for the 2(?) seasons it would play there. Montreal, on the other hand, is avg. 11,453.
